EVERPALE // Ghostarcadia Support Slot

Whilst the main act, Ghostarcadia, had its own uniquely, fire-filled performance, headlining Islington O2 Academy 2, it was Everpale’s support set that left an indelible mark on us at Why Generation, captivating us with their electrifying energy and commanding stage presence.

The three band members moved with electrifying energy, never losing their intensity and talent. Lead singer Connor roared with captivating ferocity, engaging the audience in a primal call-and-response dynamic. There was a genuine connection forged between the band and the crowd, with the musicians feeding off the energy of those watching, and giving it back to them.

The band’s unwavering dedication to their craft was evident, and it inspired a sense of camaraderie and unity among the attendees, creating an unforgettable communal experience, perfectly topped off with a sample from cult-indie film Empire Records, loveable character Mark telling the crowd to “Damn The Man, Save The Empire!’.
